Senior PR Manager
Communications agency youEngine is looking for an ambitious colleague with proven experience in corporate communications, public relations and influencer marketing.
youEngine is a rapidly growing agency on Het Eilandje in the heart of Antwerp with a mix of international and national clients, both B2B and B2C and with a strong focus on public relations and digital marketing.
As a senior PR manager you are responsible for guiding our clients through their entire communications needs and wishes. This ranges from classic public relations, corporate communications and influencer marketing to the development of digital strategies and their implementation.
The clients in your portfolio are situated in lifestyle, mobility, technology and various other B2B fields.
You are responsible for the smooth implementation of the communications plan of our clients, in collaboration with a team of account executives with whom you follow up the operational tasks on a daily basis. You maintain contact with your clients and their stakeholders from briefing, planning and consultation to reporting. You drive the projects and keep an overview of planning, budget, time spent and results. You are part of the management team of the company.
Profile & Personal Competencies
Extensive experience in traditional PR
In-depth knowledge of the field of journalism in Belgium and the Netherlands
Fluent pen and strong storyteller
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Experience in the technology sector and B2B
Experience in an agency, journalism or communications role
Customer orientation
Strong organizational skills
Creative and conceptual thinking (inventive)
Being able to adapt to changing circumstances
Working independently
Being stress resistant
Working with a close team
Problem-solving skills
Quality driven
We also ask you to have at least 2 – 3 years of work experience in communications, a university degree or equivalent and have knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
