youEngine is seeking an aspiring Communication Expert with experience in public relations, social media management, event and content marketing. Do you already have workplace experience and are looking for a new challenge? Then be sure to read on!
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will develop the overall communication plan (storylines, news hooks, target audiencesn timeline) for the client in the areas of public relations, corporate communications and content and event marketing.
You maintain contact with the client and you are responsible for the smooth implementation of the communication plan.
You develop digital content planning for both social media (organic and paid), websites, email marketing and events.
You perform classic public relations from A to Z (press releases, interviews, press events, product testing).
You develop and maintain relationships with press and influencers.
You are responsible for client relations (briefing, consultation, reporting, budget follow-up).
You are assisted by a team of account executives whom you brief and follow up on their tasks.
You coordinate daily with colleagues, suppliers and clients.
You keep an overview of your clients and provide feedback to management.

You have journalistic acumen and interest in journalism.
You can think creatively and conceptually.
You are communication savvy.
You have a fluent pen and are a strong storyteller.
You have extensive digital skills.
You have great problem-solving skills.
You are quality driven and a great team worker.
You have a university diploma and you ideally have 5 years of work experience in the communications sector, experience in an agency is a plus
You have a good knowlegde of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign and Photoshop, Canva or other visual creation tools.
