ABOUT
youEngine is looking for a Communication Executive (French/Dutch) to support the communication activities of Pink Ribbon, Belgium’s leading organization in the fight against breast cancer. Through awareness campaigns, prevention initiatives, fundraising events and strategic partnerships, Pink Ribbon works every day to inform, support and guide people affected by breast cancer.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will execute the client’s communications plan in the areas of public relations, digital communications and event marketing.
You develop and publish digital content on both social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and others) and on our clients’s websites.
You monitor online and traditional media for our clients.
You write press releases, pitch interviews to journalists, and build contacts with press and with influencers.
You organize press and marketing events from concept development to planning, on-site presence and reporting.
You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of consultations with and reporting to the customer.
You coordinate daily with internal employees, suppliers and customers.
You keep an overview of your projects and tasks and report back to your team leader.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are someone with:
Fluency in both French and Dutch, spoken and written.
Previous experience in communications, PR, marketing, or event management.
Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging and inspiring content.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A talent for building and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders.
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
A calm and efficient approach, even during busy periods such as events and major campaigns.
A genuine interest in health, prevention, and the non-profit sector.
