ABOUT
We are looking for an ambitious Communication Executive with a fluent pen, digital vibes and project management skills. Are you a recent graduate or have initial work experience want to grow personally? You will be working hard in a cool, young team!
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will execute the client’s communications plan in the areas of public relations, digital communications and event marketing.
You develop and publish digital content on both social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and others) and on our clients’s websites.
You monitor online and traditional media for our clients.
You write press releases, pitch interviews to journalists, and build contacts with press and with influencers.
You organize press and marketing events from concept development to planning, on-site presence and reporting.
You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of consultations with and reporting to the customer.
You coordinate daily with internal employees, suppliers and customers.
You keep an overview of your projects and tasks and report back to your team leader.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are someone with:
A fluent pen with journalistic skills
A strong organizational talent
Communication skills on several fronts: one-to-one (mail, phone, face-to-face) and one-to-many (during meetings)
A great problem-solving ability: both early detection of problems, and devising solutions
Speed and accuracy go hand in hand with you
Skills to work independently, you are someone who has a good sense of when consultation is needed with superior and colleagues
An up-to-date knowlegde of advertising platforms, such as Meta Business Suite and others
You have a university education, or equivalent through experience, internships or self-study
You are multilingua: perfect in Dutch, very good in English and French is a plus
You have a good knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
In short; we are looking for an all-rounder who is capable of all trades or who has the ambition to master all these communication skills.
