Fantail: Introduction new Mellow collection

 WHAT WE DID

Fantail is an innovative 100 % Belgian brand of pet accessoiries founded on the question: how can we do better? Better for pets, better for parents and better for the planet. This question remains at the heart of everything they do. They combine the vision of experienced designers with extensive consumer research to create pieces that balance style and functionality. All while minimizing their impact on the planet. 

FANTAIL LAUNCH

We kicked off the launch with an exclusive event for carefully selected influencers and a design-led venue. We needed to make it clear that this new brand was about pets, planet and parents. Our main aim was to create a community of people who share Fantails’ values: love of pets, love of design and love for our planet. We recruited several influencer ambassadors to generate authentic user generated conent around this new Belgian brand on a regular basis. As Fantail is a start-up brand, they only had one product at the time of the launch, a well-designed, durable basket for dogs. During the holidays, we launched their latest product through an exclusive Christmas pop-up, this time for their other favourite pets, cats, expanding our ambassador programme beyond the dog community.

 WHAT WE DID

We recruited 20 influencer ambassadors and journalists to help generate authentic user-generated content around this new Belgian brand on a regular basis. As a start-up, Fantail only had two products when they launched: a stylish, durable basket for dogs and a very soft two-sided blanket. A few weeks ago we launched their latest product, this time for those other favourite pets, cats, extending our ambassador programme beyond dog people. Today, Fantail has grown into a community of like-minded people who identify with its core values.
